VibecodeGaming is a provisional brand. This development catalog starts with five free games and retains the original SDK samples. No membership contract, payment or creator earnings is created by a local preview action.
Proposed membership
The proposed US adult pilot costs $9.99 USD per month before tax, renews monthly and can be canceled online. Catalog access normally continues until the paid term ends. Subscription access is not permanent ownership of individual games. Terms and applicable laws require launch review.
Content and creators
Creators retain rights and need a limited distribution agreement. The initial catalog excludes explicit sexual content, graphic gore, gambling/cash prizes, paid randomized rewards, abusive manipulation, malware and infringement. A rights declaration does not establish clearance.
Refunds and removal
A staffed refund/support process and final policy must be approved before any sale. Serious safety or rights concerns may require immediate removal. Ordinary removal must preserve legitimate accrued creator earnings and provide appropriate save handling.
Age, geography and rights
The US 18+ assumption requires founder and legal confirmation; an age checkbox is not clearance. Copyright notice/counter-notice, repeat-infringer procedures, registered agent details and actual operator identity must be established before public launch.
