DRAFT CREATOR POLICY / PILOT-2026-09-28-V1

WHERE SUPPORT GOES.

Start with real money

Eligible net is actual subscription subtotal excluding tax, less deduplicated refunded/lost-dispute principal and actual attributable payment processing fees net of fee refunds. Other platform expenses are not hidden creator deductions.

Each member contributes

70% becomes that member’s creator budget. Related creator groups are combined before the first 30 active minutes count fully, the next 90 at one-quarter weight, then no additional earning weight. 80% follows those shares; 20% follows one eligible monthly favorite.

No play this month

The creator budget supports eligible creators using normalized engaged-member weights. Each engaged member contributes one unit of influence. If no eligible weights exist, it remains a named creator liability for later distribution, not platform revenue.

A concrete example

$9.00 net creates a $6.30 creator budget. Play A for 15 minutes, B for 30, C for 90; favorite A. A receives $2.10, B $1.68, C $2.52. Every cent is conserved by deterministic largest-remainder rounding. This is illustrative, not actual earnings.

Estimated is not paid

Statements distinguish estimates, pending, available, transferred and bank payout status. Proposed 90%/30-day and 10%/90-day availability plus a $25 payout threshold require provider, treasury and legal approval. Failed bank payouts remain owed and must never cause duplicate transfers.
